The place is situated in the North East of Christchurch, New Zealand. In the suburb area called Brighton, 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach, or 10 - 15 minutes drive to the City centre.
We have three fully furnished rooms available, all have their own bathrooms. Two rooms share a kitchen, one has its own.

A Motel, Lodge, Backpackers, Hotel, for any one looking for somewhere, to stay for a short time. A day or two, or even a few weeks.
Hello,
Hope you are having a good time so far. We are close to the beach, and not far away from the City centre, if you have a car, or if you don't mind catching the bus, this is the place you will enjoy. Great place to stay while you are going to that flower show, conference for work or play, that game - Rugby, football, soccer, cricket, basketball, netball. Or a place to come to, while needing a place to stay in between homes, or moving to Christchurch from another place in New Zealand, or from another country.
